This is a personal campaign project I created for the Nike brand. It is purely conceptual. I do not own any rights to the music, video footage, or Nike branding within this video.
I’m a bit of a cinephile and have a passion for sports and storytelling, so I wanted to see if I could combine the two and create a one-minute video ad for Nike shoes. First I researched all the movies and tv shows that featured Nike shoes and spent hours combing through any footage I could find where they’re shown on camera. I compiled my favorite sequences and edited them together in Adobe Premiere Pro. I chose an instrumental version of the song “Heroes” by David Bowie to go with my theme of becoming the hero of your own story. I then created print advertisements to accompany the campaign.
